Makes 250g

Ingredients:

250g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin,sesame)

1 tsp rapeseed oil

Pinch low-sodium salt

1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce

1/2 tsp. chilli flakes

1 tsp paprika

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160°C   Gas mark 3

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread onto a lined baking tray.

Cook for 20-25 minutes until dry and golden (Stir seeds after 10 minutes).

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
