Apple, pear and mint smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
4 pears, peeled, cored and chopped
1 inch ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
12 sprigs of fresh mint
50ml water
Juice of half a lime
Method:
Place half of the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth, add the remaining half and repeat.
Chill before serving with a slice of lime
