125g porridge oats
400ml skimmed milk
500ml cold water
2 large apples, peeled and chopped into small pieces
100g raisins or sultana
Place all of the ingredients into a large saucepan and mix well.
Over a medium heat, bring to the boil and stir continuously to avoid sticking
Reduce the heat and simmer for around 5 minutes
Serve with a extra pinch of cinnamon on top if desired
