Apple and cinnamon chips

Ingredients:
4 large apples
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Method:
Preheat the oven to 100°C Gas Mark ¼
Core and thinly slice the apples, mix well with the cinnamon
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper
Lie out the apple slices on the baking tray and cook for 1 hour
Turn over and bake for a further hour or until brown and crispy
Leave to cool before storing in an airtight container
Cinnamon is great for stabilising blood sugar and insulin levels, making it fantastic for weight loss as it helps keep sugar cravings at bay!
